Senior Management Team

Jade
Operations Director
Jade has worked within the care sector since 2007, in various different settings and roles, starting from a Support Worker role through to Area Manager. Each role held different responsibilities including care delivery, training, recruitment, auditing and staff management.
Jade holds a Level 5 certificate in Leadership and Management within a Care Setting and is currently working towards a CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Jade joined SV Care Services as an HR Manager with a passion for supporting all members of the team, including supporting operationally. Jade has since become Operations Director to focus more on business operations and growth.

Hayley
Responsible Individual
Hayley has a real passion for helping young people to achieve the best outcomes possible for them.
Hayley believes every child is entitled to the same chances in life and will always have high aspirations for every child she has the privilege of working with.
Hayley started working with young people in January 2014 as a Youth Support Worker and progressed to the role of Registered Manager- of which she has had 5 years’ experience, managing different homes, and has achieved ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ on all of her previous Ofsted Inspections.
This has given Hayley a vast experience and knowledge of the industry. Hayley’s qualifications include, Level 5 Certificate of leadership and management, Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce, and Access Diploma Social work and Social Care.
Hayley is dedicated to the growth and development of SV Care’s ethos, and the development of her caring and diligent team.

Danielle
Development and Welfare Manager
Danielle embarked on her career in the residential sector as a support worker in 2014. Since then, she has done various roles, from Senior Support Worker to Registered Manager of a solo provision dedicated to supporting young individuals facing diverse mental health challenges on a 2:1 basis. Danielle has supported Children with emotional and behavioral difficulties, mild learning disabilities, and issues related to child sexual exploitation, gang affiliation, self-injurious behaviors, and mental health. Danielle is deeply committed to enhancing the well-being of those in her care and possess a strong passion for staff development, actively seeking to expand her own skill set in order to share knowledge and provide guidance to her team, ultimately striving for the best possible outcomes for children.
Danielle holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Danielles goal is to empower our team members to excel in their roles, ultimately ensuring that the children in our care receive the best possible opportunities for growth and development.
Briar House

Jennifer
Home Manager
With over 25 years of experience working with children and young people in residential care, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role. She has worked as a Support Worker, Deputy Manager, and Manager, supporting children who are looked after and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Jennifer is known for her kind and approachable nature. She always takes the time to listen, valuing the ideas and perspectives of others. Her compassionate approach and strong sense of empathy allow her to connect deeply with the children and young people in her care.
She firmly believes that every child deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. Creating a nurturing and homely environment is at the heart of Jennifer’s work—one where children feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Amy
Deputy Manager
Amy has worked within the care industry for 12 years, and has experience across many areas within the industry, such as mental health, children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Amy has worked with adults, young adults and children.
Amy began her journey in the care sector as a Bank Support Worker before increasing to full-time, and then was promoted to Senior Support Worker. From there, Amy was further promoted to Deputy Manager and remained in this role for almost 9 years, receiving an Ofsted rating of 'Good' whilst in this post, before joining SV Care Services.
Amy has achieved her Level 3 in Residential Care and aspires to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. Amy has a passion for working with children, helping them to achieve their life goals, as well as advocating for the children in her care.
Briar Lodge

Luvuyo
Home Manager
Luvuyo has over ten years of experience working with children and young people, during which he has played a key role in opening new services, supervising teams, mentoring both staff and young people, and promoting positive outcomes focused on safety and preparation for independent living.
He takes a nurturing approach with both children and colleagues, believing that reinforcing positive experiences builds confidence and helps individuals reach their full potential.
Luvuyo is a naturally positive and encouraging person. Known for his warm demeanor and frequent smile, he easily builds strong, trusting relationships and creates an uplifting environment wherever he goes.

Karley
Deputy Manager
Karley is a dedicated care professional who began her career as a Volunteer Counsellor in a primary school in East London, where she gained valuable experience in providing guidance and emotional support to children. She holds CPAB Levels 2, 3, and 4 qualifications in Person-Centred Counselling Skills and is currently completing her Level 4 Diploma.
Her journey with SV Care began as a Residential Support Worker, where her commitment, adaptability, and supportive nature quickly became evident. Through her hard work and leadership, Karley progressed to the role of Deputy Manager.
High Trees

Jessica
Home Manager
Jessica had 3 years’ experience as a deputy manager within therapeutic residential children’s homes before stepping into the role of deputy manager at SV Care.
Prior to this Jessica worked within nurseries for a number of years and holds two Level 3 diplomas in Childcare.
Jessica is currently undertaking her undergraduate in Psychology BSc to gain as much knowledge in order to achieve positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Jessica is an advanced team teach instructor which is positive behaviour transformative training.

Darcea
Deputy Manager
Darcea has a degree in Person-Centred Counselling, with extensive experience in working in an empathetic, inclusive and supportive environment, which has supported with creating an empathetic, authentic and non-judgemental space. Following the completion of her degree, Darcea worked closely with the LGBTQ+ community.
Darcea has previously worked in a therapeutic residential home for a number of years, supporting young children and encouraging them to meet their potential. Working in the home allowed her to support individuals that were navigating complex life circumstances, including identity exploration, trauma and learning disabilities.
Darcea believes that all children should be given an equal opportunity to thrive in life, no matter their background or experiences that they have had, whether they have positively or negatively impacted their life.
Dream Wood

Amanda
Home Manager
Amanda has worked in residential childcare since 2019, starting as a support worker to senior support worker and then to Deputy Manager. Amanda also supported as Interim Manager for some time.
Amanda has a vast amount of experience working with Children and Young people in various settings such as Residential Homes and Secondary schools. Amanda has completed her Level 4 children & young people qualification and is currently enrolled on the level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma.

Lorraine
Deputy Manager
Lorraine is a dedicated and compassionate professional with over a decade of experience working in schools and preschools, supporting children from diverse backgrounds and with various needs. Lorraine has served as a deputy manager in childrens homes for 2 years honing her leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Known for being kind and caring, Lorraine strives to create a nurturing yet structured environment where children can thrive. Her approach is firm but fair, ensuring each child receives the guidance and support they need to reach their full potential.
Lorraine is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families, helping shape a brighter future.

Katie
HR Manager
Katie is a compassionate HR professional with a career dedicated to supporting young people, with a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing. She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and believes in a people-centred, empathetic approach that brings a human touch to HR initiatives.
Her journey in HR and charity management has given her a wealth of experience in guiding employees and organisations through complex situations, while promoting equal opportunities and supporting individual growth. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and is proud to combine her knowledge of employment law with her commitment to fostering safe, supportive work environments.
Alongside her professional role, Katie has gained additional training as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Workplace First Aider, and in GDPR compliance. These qualifications further strengthen her ability to provide a safe and supportive environment for both employees and young people alike.

Nureen
Deputy HR Manager
Nureen is a dedicated professional with a background in nutrition. After completing her studies in nutrition, she moved to the UK, where she initially volunteered as a nutritionist. This experience helped her understand the role well-being plays in shaping lives.
Nureen's journey in the care sector began when she joined SV Care as a Bank Residential Support Worker. In this role, Nureen developed a strong commitment to supporting young people and assisting them in navigating life’s challenges.
Alongside her work as a Bank Residential Support Worker, Nureen also took on a full-time HR role within the company, contributing to various aspects of the organization.
Nureen has a helping nature, always striving to support others and make a positive difference. As a good listener, she offers guidance and encouragement to those in need. Above all, Nureen is passionate about mentoring and helping young people unlock their full potential.

Benu
HR Associate
Benu has extensive experience as a Compliance Officer within the care industry, providing our team with a multitude of knowledge and expertise. Skilled in executing tasks, coordinating activities and communicating effectively in both an independent and team setting.
As an experienced Administrator & Compliance Officer, Benu has extensive knowledge of healthcare legislation, along with strategic problem-solving abilities.
Benu strives to support the team in maintaining the highest level of care and safety.

Afshan
HR Associate
Her journey in children’s care and support grew through her studies and volunteer work as a youth worker, where she gained valuable hands-on experience mentoring and guiding young people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences showed her the meaningful impact a supportive adult can have.
Drawn to SV Care for its people-first culture, strong values, and genuine commitment to lasting change, Afshan is motivated to contribute to an environment where every team member’s efforts truly matter.
She values the honesty, resilience, and individuality of the children and young people she supports, and she finds it deeply rewarding to see their confidence grow. Outside of work, Afshan enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes—a fun way for her to relax and share something sweet with family and friends.
Children’s Development

Hazel
Head of Education
Hazel has worked in education for over 25 years with the last 17 in the public sector. Hazel has worked with vulnerable communities, both adults and children and been involved in projects such as employability, mental health and addiction recovery before working exclusively with children in alternative provisions from 2020.
Hazel has been a Head of Education in the care sector since September 2022 and qualified with her NPQH in December 2024.
