Waking Night Residential Support Worker – Colchester
EXCITING CARE OPPORTUNITY – PERMANENT WAKING NIGHT ROLE! – EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY!
SV Care is recruiting a Permanent Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our Ofsted-registered children’s residential provision within Colchester. This is a chance to be part of shaping a service in a newly renovated and spacious modern property finished to the highest standard.
We’re looking to recruit passionate, dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in our society who’ve experienced neglect, abuse, and trauma. As a result of these early life experiences, the young people we care for may at times display challenging behaviours. You will need to be resilient and dedicated enough to manage such behaviours while continuing to provide unconditional care, advice, and support.
If this sounds like the career opportunity that you’ve been waiting for, apply today! For an informal chat and more information about this position, please register your interest by completing the application form.
Starting rates of pay are £12.50/hour (depending on experience). This role requires you to work evenings and weekends on a shift-pattern basis, with preferred availability on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Requirements for DBS and reference checking will be undertaken and paid for by SV Care Services, in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practices.
