Recruitment
Following an expression of interest, we conduct an informal pre-screen with all candidates before progressing to the interview stage.
We offer remote interviewing, but also a face-to-face interview if this is preferred.
Following a successful interview, we follow a Safer Recruitment Process to ensure all compliances are met, before arranging a ‘Meet and Greet’ with the management team, allowing all new starters the opportunity to interact with the team and young people, and be shown around the home prior to attending their first shift.
Onboarding
As a new starter onboarding, you will complete a number of shadow shifts, with regular ‘check-ins’ to ensure you are settling in well, as well as frequent supervisions with the management team.
During your induction stage you will complete a whole host of online training sessions, as well as face-to-face training, and you will work through a thorough Personal Development Plan.
On completion of induction, the support does not stop there!
We are passionate about sourcing and delivering training in any area that is required to support our team, and we are ambassadors of supporting continuing personal development and growth.
Continued Personal Development
We believe every day is a new opportunity to learn something new, and we support and encourage our team to grow within the company, internally promoting where possible, through the use of Continued Personal Development Plans.
